Business travel is a particular tourism niche that is fairly complex because of the many different levels of clients (companies, travel managers, and travelers) and the distinct duty of care and security needs associated with corporations.

Claudia is the founder of Spell your LifeTM, a company providing career and life coaching for travel professionals; to discover their place in the tourism industry and create work-life satisfaction. She has a long track record in travel. From flight attendant to Director of Research and Intelligence – it's a career spanning nearly two decades. She's still involved with travel research projects to keep her finger on the pulse – and because, quite frankly, she loves it. Claudia is also the author of Corporate Travel: Hiding in Plain Sight.
